The period for exchange or return is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. It should also be in its original packaging.

The delivery time for the new item will vary depending on the case and the customer's location. The refund timeline depends on the payment method used.
